Speci f ications

The original purchaser of Specialty furniture is protected against defective workmanship and components for a period of five years from the date of purchase. This warranty does not cover upholstery coverings or table laminates unless the claim is due to poor workmanship in application. This warranty does not cover transportation costs to and from the factory/repair depot. Specialty Furniture will replace or repair defective furniture at our option free of charge. In no event shall liability under this warranty exceed the original purchase price of furniture. No credit for repairs will be allowed without specific written authorization. This warranty does not apply to furniture damaged by accident, abuse, neglect, or misuse; unauthorized repairs; or freight damage
